Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Orders from the Shop

• Once an order is placed in the Bid2Fun Shop, it cannot be cancelled.
• Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Refunds for Shop Purchases

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The product is out of stock,
• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 7–15 working days depending on your payment provider.

3. Coins & Digital Purchases

• Coins are non-refundable once purchased or earned.
• Coins cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, or transferred outside the Bid2Fun platform.
• Coins used for bidding, games, or mystery boxes are non-returnable, even if you do not win.

4. Rewards & Prizes

• Rewards and prizes won through bidding, games, or mystery boxes are final and non-refundable.
• No cash alternative will be provided.

5. Exceptions

• In case of a technical error (e.g., coins deducted but order not processed), our support team will investigate and resolve within 3–5 working days.
• Any decision made by Bid2Fun management will be final.
