General:

Bid2Fun treats all Members' information with the greatest confidentiality. We only use our Member's e-mail address and contact number (if avail) to contact you regarding Bid wins, disruptions in operations, information on our products and upcoming Auctions or Bid, we may also send out Bid2Fun newsletters occasionally. Bid2Fun will display necessary information of winners but will not disclose users' email address and contact number to other users.

Deleting Member information:

Members can request to have their information deleted from Bid2Fun system canceling their membership with Bid2Fun.

Security:

1. Member's account is password protected. We advise Members to never provide/share their password with anyone.

2. Bid2Fun uses one side encrypted password mechanism so that no one can have any idea of about any password of Bid2Fun system.

3. Bid2Fun will never ask for a password by e-mail or any other media, please NEVER respond to any requests of this sort, you can contact us at hello@bid2fun.com if you have any concerns. If you have supplied your password in email accidentally, please login and change your password immediately and check your account.

4. Bid2Fun also advises members to shut down their browser after logging out from their accounts, this is particularly important if the computer is used by other people.

Sharing data with third parties:

After winning any auction/bid, user information might be passed to third party vendors with whom we work to provide more efficient and relevant services to our users. Our anonymous customer numbers may be used to measure traffic. Also, user's minimum information, without email and contact number, can be disclosed to our valuable sponsors and auction/bid provider.
